thats really odd cause im using 6323 and using ps3 controller and their both working fine
there is something intercepting with dolphin and motioninjoy in your computer
i suggest uninstalling motioninjoy, restart your computer, install motioninjoy and reconfigure in dolphin
also as in settings in motioninjoy (analog 3)

alright its working for now, but it was like this earlier today and then after i unplugged it didnt work, but i think i could fix it again, thank you for your help
i actually have one more question, what are the best settings for a low power computer, i have an HP G62, so any suggestions on how to get dolphin to run smoother/faster would be cool

sorry there is no way to run dolphin smooth on a low end laptop
