I have this problem as well where the sound is faster than the graphics, and, in a game like Dance Dance Revolution, it is absolutely crucial that both are synchronized precisely with one another.
Would removing the frame limit and just using audio throttle to control the video FPS possibly work in keeping the video in sync with the audio?
EDIT: No, that didn't work. The video went from being slightly too slow to slightly too fast. This is rather frustrating.
Solution that i did to reduce the time different between video and audio is always use fullscreen. Maximize the screen will produce video lag while fullscreen mode is not.

I tried that, and it's still not in sync. The video is still slower than the audio.

blackjade's build should resolve this problem
I've tried One Piece Unlimited Adventure with his build
graph and sound play almost at the same time
FPS limit : 30
watchdog : 1
Enable Audio Throttle : on

Blackjade's build? And how would one acquire such a build? And what is watchdog? Is it a configuration option that I don't know of?
why dont you try the search function like ur supposed to! just search for black jade and download his build and then search for watchdog....... :S
