How high of an overclock would I need to eliminate lag when recording with fraps? The game I'm recording is Super Mario Sunshine. Here's a video:

Probably not.

That is mathematically impossible to determine. Every game needs a different amount of cpu throughput, the definition of lag is not set in stone, and other factors can affect fraps performance. But you should try for 3.8GHz with that cpu. I would also advise that you try dropping your fraps recording resolution down to 1280 x 720.
