And what about the music anyone knows something?,because play a game without music is not good.

anyway, until now there's no fix to the music. also it seems the devs have run into a roadblock there. haven't read anything about it recently.
where exactly do u apply this patch to ? i have the same error .. it is due to nvidia and direct x 11 .... im using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit btw
you don't need to apply it. It's already in the latest version.

* I am getting this error:
Starts to load then freezes as marios flying in to the title screen with CPU ACCESS on. and i get a pop up window ( described below)
*With CPU ACCESS off i get an error everytime i go from Change screens ( aka level to level ...)
IntCPU: Unknown instr ect .... and it lets you choose yes or no ( choosing yes allows game play, No closes ) However, clicking yes ; the pop up shows up before and after every level
* With directx 9 plug in i can have all settings normal and just get the pop up error ....
Think it could be my computer ? new graphics card driver or something ? I have a Evga 460 gtx 786 Graphics card ... let me know what u think ..
i also cannot collect star bits or use yoshi tounge grabber ... which seem like exactly what this patch should fix

Are you blind? Several posts above says it's already in the latest version. And no, you can't put the patch into a directory. You must recompile.
