I'm looking for a tutorial on how to get a wii mote/nunchuck working with dolphin, print screens would be appreciated. also, does dolphin support the wii zapper and is the connection method the same?

I think Dolphin supports every Wii controller as far as I know.
EDIT: Do you have a bluetooth dongle or something like that? Otherwise, there's no chance of getting a wiimote connected with Dolphin.

You will need : Wiimote + Nunchuck + Wireless Sensor bar(ebay,amazon or google it) + Mini Bluetooth Dongle (1-5USD)
A software help to connect wiimote is called "Bluesoleil", my tutorial :

After you press 1 & 2 button on wiimote to connect to PC,open dolphin then click on Wiimote config button choose real wiimote,refress it till your wiimote start "rumble"
Done,play your games
