I need some desperate help from you all...

I currently have 7300 GT GPU which you all know that it is very old and slow and blah blah blah. So I really need a new and good (that's important Tongue) graphic card. I really am targetting ~$100 point.

Here is a card in my sight, the Sapphire 4770
http://www.theitwares.com/sapphire-radeon-hd4770-512mb-ddr3-pcie-graphics-card-p-770.html

But the problem bugging me that I have a 450 Watts Chinese or no-brand PSU. To ease your problem, I have following things attached to my computer.

I wish to have spare power for GPU overclocking to atleast offered by CCC.

1. Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ Stock
2. Asus P5KPL AM/PS
3. 2 90 mm fan
4. 2 7200 rpm Seagate HDD (250 + 80)
5. DVD-RW ODD
6. SVB Game Controller (Dual Shock 2 format)

I have 18 Amp. in my 12 V Rail.

Should I buy this ultimate card, or I do something else (like going to exile Tongue)

And again, your Help is needed.

UPDATE : I want to update this post as I got a nice presentation from my cousin that I might grab his Core 2 Quad Q6700. I just want to ask that if that 2.66 GHz can outrun my 2.98 GHz Dual core in Dolphin. Also, It don't have SSE4.1 like mine.

I am just expecting around same performance. Neither high nor less. Cause I know Quad Core is definitely gonna help me in Crysis.... Tongue (it's free with that processor Tongue)

Please help me!!!
Well, I'd say you should always buy the best card you can possibly afford, but the 4770 should be more than enough for most applications. My HD3650 is working fine for me at 1280x1024 with 9XAA.

No way, 9xAA..???? Seriously (IDK)
The problem is not about capability of 4770, the problem is of PSU. I have a 450W chinese PSU, and I might need some OC from GPU, RAM or even CPU (not possible without extra setup Tongue)

I am afraid my PSU will laugh at me, I need some counselling. PSU is my only problem. other than, I have 5670 as an close (smaller) alternative.
Yes, 9xAA, but my EFB Scale has to stay at 1x. I've overclocked my GPU with only a 450 Watt PSU (GPU only as far as overclocking goes) and had no problems. I'm not guessing, this is what I've done personally. Even so, if that is really a problem you can always get a better power supply. See what happens.
Well, my budget is tight here. And it is very hard to find a branded PSU ( I will have to order it from another city... Angry)
And they are expensive too.

According to PSU calculator, my PSU req is around 350 W. So, is it still good enough for me, or I will have to grab AMPS PSU (or something like that)
Disable one of your hard drives and you may be okay.
Wait 2-3 weeks and watch what the HD 6000 series launch does to the prices of the rest of the cards.

If it drives the prices low enough you might get a very good deal on those two you listed.
Or see how good the lower end 6000's will be, if there's anything decent in the $100 price category buy it
He's going to have to wait at least a couple months before the low end 6000 series cards come out, and maybe as long as till next spring.
Waiting is not the solution to my problem Tongue
I already waited enough for sake of my parents and I can only play for a month or two before going to IIT coaching Angry

I am also expecting NI series to come out, but that will take at least an year to come in India. I even have to order my GPU from other city cause in this city, only we can find either 8400, 9400 or AMD 4350.... Sad
Well I would go for the 5670 but that's just me. They have very similar power consumptions.
