What is the difference between SSE4.1 and SSE4a?

Uhh. A big CPU but only integrated graphics and dual channel RAM?

SSE4a belong to AMD,you can't use SSE4.1(Intel) in your AMD
The max instruction of your is SSE4a but no build atm ,you should stick with SSE3(AMD,Intel) which is slower than SSSE3 (Intel).It should be like this:
SSE4.2 > SSE4.1 > SSSE3 > SSE3 > SSE2
P.S : You'll need a very good graphic card (GPU) too, a strong CPU is nothing without GPU
