Okay so that means I need some Nvidia 3d Glasses and a Nvidia Graphics Processer and then I should be good right?

Double-Post Bumpty. Sorry about this but do I need a Nvidia Graphics Processer and Nvidia 3d Glasses to run 3D Vision on Dolphin effectively?

That's kind of one of the requirements for 3D Vision. 3D Vision should be coming back to Dolphin Master very soon as well.

You need 3 things. 3D Vision Kit. NVIDIA Graphics Card Geforce 2xx or newer. And a 3D Capable monitor; preferrably one approved for NVIDIA 3D Vision. Look for one that doesn't suffer ghosting either; mine is a first generation 3D Monitor and has pretty horrid ghosting.
