Probably pointless considering that I have a link in my signature and offer builds, so everyone seems to know about the emulation community I run.

I started the community back in 2007 because I really enjoyed emulation, I wanted to help others with emulation related problems. I envisioned a friendly, worry free atmosphere where people could just have fun discussing the stuff that they love, by starting my own community I was able to bring this dream into fruition. Sadly things haven't gone as well as I hoped and the community remains fairly inactive despite my efforts. I wanted to take the opportunity to invite any interested folks over to check the place out and join in, but I would be grateful to everyone that at least checked us out.

No offence but I stopped reading after the second line of text. Wall o text! Just plug it already. I don't mind as long as ur not selling anything to us its just a fan site and we welcome and support fan sites.

Well, I didn't think it was that long of a post. I just wanted to post a short history, so people aren't like, "Wtf, what is Xtemulation" or, "Yet another emu-site" since I realize that some are fed up with the amount of emu-sites there are in the emulation scene. It's not really a fan site, just another emulation community. However emulation isn't the only focus of the community, and we have plans of one day branching out and expanding. I've shortened up my first posts, sorry if it was unnecessarily long to read.

I never announced this but a few months back I shut down Xtemu to attend to real life priorities and to take a break. I was becoming overwhelmed and because of that and other things in my life I became overly negative and neglected keeping the website up to date. I am doing much better now, have a more positive outlook and newfound motivation so I am proud to announce that Xtemu will be back within the day. My plans other than up to date news, emulator builds includes a redesign down the road and other fresh content.

Yeah things are looking up for me and I have things to look forward to. Looking into going back to college or seeking full time employment somewhere.

Well if you don't have Squall as an admin, more people might actually join instead of being flamed and trolled by staff.
