Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

So, I know Dolphin is capable of actually rendering Wii games at 1080p and higher. Problem is, when I get in arguments with people, they keep claiming it can only be upscaled 480p.

So how can I argue this point? Any links to some info on the matter would be appreciated.

Show them a screenshot.

with a screenshot at 640*480 no enhancements.

My screenshots do have the same resolution as I have set up for dolphin (actually 1440x900).

Why bother? They are clearly idiots who will refuse to listen to anything you say. And yeah like others have said show them screenshots, if they can't tell that it was rendering at a high resolution not upscaled then they are not even worth convincing.
