I really need them for a section in a game :x I have the WiimoteMovements.ini, but there isn't anywhere to put it or even a menu setting for recorded movements..

Or rather, is there a way to use Trauma Center: New Blood defibrillator without them and without a wiimote?

It got removed.
You can try to set up actions (tilt/swing) with the mouse or keyboard in the "Wiimote New" plugin.

Currently, the swinging doesn't work very well. It will be improved in the future.

Ahhh I see! I updated to r6216 and in the new wii plugin there is a "forward" option, which actually works. Thanks a lot!!
