is there a way to change the controls of the wii emulator? im getting tired that left arrow is down , right arrow is up , down arrow is right and up arrow is left , there is a way?

Of course, just click the big GCPad or Wiimote button on the toolbar. :/

It sounds like you need to enable/disable sideways wiimote in the Wiimote config. (if left is down and down is right...)
