Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I've a unique (for me) problem with a game (Asterix at the olympic games). The sound make noises : crrrcht crrcht crrrcht or something like that
Fortunatelly voices works fine and there is options with sound in the game so i can disabled all other sounds.
I've tried nearly all the options with the DSP-HLE plugin but it still the same. Have you ever meet the same problem on other games ?
If i dump my DSP (http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-3823.html) it could solve my problem ?

It also happens in wii sports and some other games, known as 'static noise'. It's quite rare, though. Occassionally it wont appear for ages and you forget about it.
I don't think there is a fix for it even in the latest revisions, yet.
