Dell Inspiron 531 tower and motherboard
Athlon X2 5000+ Overclocked to 2.9GHz (Dell board was never meant to OC)
4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400 DDR2 RAM
Seagate 500GB SATA HDD
MSi GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 OCv3
Gigabyte Odin GT 550w USB controlled PSU
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Overall framerate is roughly 55fps. Only issues on SSBB with 3 or more players (4 players drops to 45fps, noticably slower, but still smooth).
Not sure myself why your PC has trouble playing games, its only slightly slower than mine. What size and brand of Power Supply do you have (you'd be surprised what this can do)?

I have Acer power supply 250W ,it could handle my OCed CPU and Nvidia 9800Gt well ( Nvidia 9800Gt require atlease 500W but whatever)
