i have a problem on Dolphin

when i tried to open it :

Your video card ? Probably Intel graphic card, isn't it ? It's the worse card ever made
Download CPU-Z and check like this


Your current specs can't run any game above 15 FPS except you have nvidia,ati gfx card(I'm not talking about those onboard)
You'll need a new PC anyway

Read this and update directx ,visual C++ 2008
