did you do these steps
1) right-click somewhere on your desktop
2) click "new->shortcut"
3) put the path to your dolphin exe plus the "-d" in the textbox, for ex: "C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\[folder of dolphin]\Dolphin.exe" -d
4) click next, type a name for your shortcut , then click finish

BUT WHERE IS THE MENU???? You Said: "menu click "Unlimited JIT Cache" and untick "Boot to Pause", then launch your game" There isn't any menu click?? How should I click? To the file or option or tools or emulation or.... ! Thx!:S

Click the button that says config in the main dolphin window.

Excuse me but i have the same problem. I've done everything you said NaturalViolence and i can run dolphin.exe in debug mode (with new options) but in the config menu i don't have anything talking about Unlimited JIT Cache.

Have you looked at the date of the posts?
These don't apply to the Dolphin versions we have now.

Try deleting everything in User/Shadercache, see if that works.

In fact i didn't seen that the post was so outdated, but i have the same problem. I will try to delete everything in Uder/Shadercache and let you know if it works.
