Use Panic Handlers

Advanced Settings General (All checked)
Plugins used D3D9 - black screen wont load
OpenGL - runs but after a while it crashes nvoglnt.dll problem

HLE Plugin
Dolphin KB/X360 pad - i cant configure the keys, my gamepad is plugged in
though
