Dude,if that so I think that you should use a better classification methode,in most of the emus I've seen the games are classified like this:

1.Unplayable-The emu doesn't even load it.
2.Intro-You can see the intro videos and such but it crashes as soon as you select New Game.
3.Ingame-There is a glitch or bug that doesn't allow you to continue, the game always freezes on the same place and such.
4.Playable-You can get from New Game to End Credits with only minor glitches or bothersome bugs(choppy or stutering sound, minor shading issues, sopa de letras, etc).
5.Fully Playable-The game works just as it does on the console, without any bug or glitch, truly perfect.

By using this classification system I would qualify this game as Playable.Because if you try hard enough you can get through those bothersome freezing bugs and with a bit of luck you can evade the crashes on savestates, but still they make it difficult to play because you must always must be dealing with them.Just like gui15243 said,is a bit too soon to call it perfect,I would suggest to change it to a lower category,semi-perfect,half-perfect or minor bugs or whatever you wanna call it.
somebody played it start to finish O_O

must have the patience of a saint.
