What graphics board I will need at least for 1920x1080 at 60Hz that will not be the bottleneck at full speed?

Actually I am running on an Gainward GeForce 8600GTS 1024MB.

Must not be a NVIDIA card.

5770 will be enough for 1920x1080 without AA on demanding games.
its the best cost benefit for playing dolphin imo.
