Direct 3D for sure! Since not so long Direct 3D pwns Open GL. I can play Mario Kart Wii with 2p at 55-60 fps. With Open GL only 25-40 fps.

It depends on the game. OpenGL is more accurate with some games (less visual bugs) and also more stable (less crashing). But with the majority of games they are equally accurate and direct3d is much faster so usually direct3d is the better choice.
