This game run with good fps but the problem is: freeze and black screen appear randomly. Try both graphic plugin and setting, i also used a lot of versions of dolphin but the problem, still there...
Any idea?

I play Viewtiful Joe on dolphin and it's very playable. But most of the time the cut scene and the audio is out of sync. How you tried enabled/disabling the Dual Core option?
have you tried enabling texture to RAM?
