Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi,

I've trying to use wiiremote button mappings with my usb joystick. I can map the actual buttons (1,2,3,4,etc.) but it doesn't recognize the LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN on the dpad.

Using Dolphin 2.0 and Dolphin Wiiremote plugin.

The Wiimote plugin included with Dolphin 2.0 can not map axes to buttons. (I'm guessing your dpad is actually 2 axes)
Download an svn build of Dolphin and switch to the "Wiimote New Incomplete" plugin. It should allow what you are trying to do.
