Really nice. If there's a game worth retexturing, it's this one. I remember many reviews did complain how the graphics were throttled by low res textures, it really has a lot to win.
It looks infinitely better, would like to try that texture mod some day.
I'd love to see Monster Hunter 3 get a texture upgrade. That game has some really pathetically low resolution textures.

that would be amazing if they did, and it looked like this
If he is aiming to retexture the whole game that will take them a lllllllloooooonnnnnnnnnnngggggggg time. Probably well over 5 years with a group of 20+ people.
Games like Oblivion got retextured in a year or so. Oblivion's much bigger than TP. Not sure how many people worked on that though.
Someone should retexture the following games for Wii/GC:
Super Mario Galax 1/2 - Despite already looking good the textures aren't real high quality and lack realism. They're usually just flat textures with no terrain effects like bumpmaps, this can be seen on various ground textures or other surfaces that lack a realistic look.
An actual retexture for the Wii/GC versions of Resident Evil 4 - Taking the PC hi-res texture packs and using them with the Wii/GC version will not suffice, the PC version has a lower poly count and it just doesn't look right for the Wii/GC versions of the game.
A full retexture of ZTP/ZWW - These would also be especially nice.
I'm surprised there isn't a lot of interest for retexturing games for Dolphin considering most of the reason for using Dolphin is to play in HD.

I think it's partly because Dolphin still has a pretty high system requirement to run. Many people can't afford to run games at a decent frame rate yet, and there's still compatibility issues.
While I have no skills in retexturing, I think people are also over estimating how much is needed to retexture the game. Like the grass texture created here would cover probably most of Hyrule Field since it uses a lot of repeating textures.
Give it time, people retextured entire PC games.
