can we boot on dolphin thru backup dvds,iso boots ,but dvd backup of same iso(i mean burned iso) doesn't run on dolphin,disc keeps reading i know i am stupid newbie but please help

No. Wii/GC DVDs are read backwards, only special LG drives can read them, also I think the feature was butched in Dolphin because it was too slow.
