That PSU looks good. Though I don't understand what you mean by work and don't work :/ You really need to learn more about computer hardwares... there are numerous article on the net to help you with this.

Simply said, as long as your motherboard have an open PCI-E 16x slot then you're all set, do consider if the GPU require dual slot or not.

Modern PSU will have the pin for ATX compatible board (basically all consumer computer out there), you don't really need to worry about that.
Both of those should work find in you system, as for installing the psu its just 4 screws and everything you unplug when taking the first one out make sure to plug back in.

ok i think i see the x16 pci slot, is it the 3.5" bar?
and i only have 1 of them... the images of the card only shows 1 slot needed. i don't know what you meant by " do consider if the GPU require dual slot or not."

Thanks.
Well dual slot take two slot of pci-e space (though it only put in one slot), so look if you have the clearance if you pick a dual slot card.

So I got my stuff! xD very fast shipping.

1. Do I remove THE old then hook up the new 550W PSU first? then insert the GPU?

2. How do I ground myself? (I hear on youtube, they say to ground yourself before touching the insides of your computer.)
1. whichever order is fine, you don't plan to do it while your computer still running do you?

2. http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/other/144 it's a relatively old guide but it still hold true nonetheless
Im going to say DONT do it while your computers still running esp. because you will be removing power connectors from the hdd and board and this could DESTROY your computer.

Of course, I won't fix it while the computer is still on. That's silly. lol
Tomorrow, I will be fixing it. Didn't have time today. Tongue
