Yeah anyone who thinks 2GB of ram isn't enough for 64 bit dolphin in windows 7/vista 64 bit is either on drugs or has never actually checked their mem usage while running dolphin.
You either have a memory leak or something is overheating and being throttled down. Clean out the inside of your laptop and try a different revision (if you don't have this problem with a different revision then you know it was a memory leak).
As mentioned in the first post, there's someone with the exact same spec as mine here, and playing the same game under Windows 7 x64 with only 2gb, and he/she got 100% speed all the time. Also, my computer is a desktop.

Sorry about that. To be honest I didn't read the OP. It's pretty rare for a desktop to be overheating unless it's using stock cooling for the cpu and the cooler is REALLY dusty or in a very hot room. However it is still possible. My suggestions still stand, check your temps and try a different revision. Also try standing still for a few minutes and see if it happens that way you know the problem is occurring after a certain amount of time and not related to a certain location.

Somehow after untick the "Use native mipmaps" on DX9 plugin, the game now run at full speed. I never though that one tick can make so much differences.
