I tried to run Sengoku Basara 3 using Dolphin rev 5186 SSSE3 x64, 6063 SSE3 x86 Multi-path, and 6109 x64. I tried the setting posted here. However, even if I close all the applications running on my PC (including my anti virus) the game still slowed down after 5 minutes in-game. I doubt it's because of my PC, as that game had been proven to run at full speed by admin89, and my PC spec is exactly the same as him, which is:

Intel Dual Core 2.6Ghz
Ram 2Gb 800Mhz
Nvidia 9800GT 512 MB
Windows 7 x64

2gb of Ram with windows 7 x64? That's not even needed, 64bit is designed for using ABOVE 3GB of Ram.
you'd be so much better using 32 bit windows (x86). Your x64 product key will work on the 32 bit version.

Check how much memory your PC uses when Idling ( Control + Shift + Escape) to bring up the task manager quickly. And go to the performance tab.
That may be your problem, as on x64 with my antivirus running my Windows 7 idles at around 1.6GB of ram being used. Doing nothing but rendering the Desktop. Without my antivirus it runs at around 1.52GB of ram, it's not that much of a difference for me.

But Admin86 runs his at full speed with a particular revision he posted in the thread. So I'm not really sure.

I tried the revision he posted, both the one on the first page and the revision on page 2 on that thread, but sadly the same problem exist. I try to play on the same stage with the same character as the one shown in his video, but same problem still occur to me. I really wonder how he manage to get constant full speed.
Probably it´s because your RAM got full. You need more RAM. Anyway, even if you don´t get more RAM, stay with 64 Bit Windows. Don´t change to 32 Bits Windows, the 64 Bit version of Dolphin is faaaaaaaaaaar faster than the 32 Bit one.

I restart my computer every time I use Dolphin, plus I terminated all other terminate-able applications, so I doubt it is RAM problem.
check your temps (speedfan)

I will ruled out the temperature/overheat problem, as I just turned on my PC after shutting it down and put it inside air-cond room, and from what I can see (I never close the cover of my CPU) the fan's running.

Edit: Just upgraded to 4gb RAM, but still experiencing the same slow down.

Lol. You ruled out temp because of that? If your fan/heatsink is dusty it doesn't matter how fast it's spinning or how cold the room is it will still overheat.

Yeah anyone who thinks 2GB of ram isn't enough for 64 bit dolphin in windows 7/vista 64 bit is either on drugs or has never actually checked their mem usage while running dolphin.

You either have a memory leak or something is overheating and being throttled down. Clean out the inside of your laptop and try a different revision (if you don't have this problem with a different revision then you know it was a memory leak).
Most laptops will underclock the cpu after some time. I forget what its called. like speed clock or something like that. Its in the bios. try turning that off.
You mean speedstep? That only kicks in when the cpu sits idle for a long period of time.
