Definitely not. Xbox emulators don't get much attention because most Xbox games have a PC version.

Emulators are not just for play you know.

Also PC doesn't has Ninja Gaiden Black, SoulCalibur 2 (with Spawn), Black (you need a super pc to play it on PCSX2)
