ok so idk wats going on with this program but everytime i open it it goes to the admin priv screen tht i need to press ok too...then the mouse starts to load and it stops and a window appears for about .01 seconds and dissappears again really fast...waht could be causing this or is it a side effect of having a HP laptop??
yea i kno laptops get hot but ive countered for it buy placing it on a wire rack and taking the back of it off...
and even befor tht the cpu temps would never get above 45 C
Do you have a ASUS motherboard? Just wanna know, I can give you a very easy overclock program I use by myself for my laptop (and PC).
EDIT: And I don't really know what could cause that disappearing window

Lol gratsz :p, hey, run speccy it's freeware and you can check what mobo you have. Also, try running windows update and then start your app again, might help.

ok just for the record im only looking to overclock about 300 mgz cuz tht should be about alll tht i need cuz most games run full speed...and since i OCed my graphics card i get an exta 5-10 fps in most games.

Umm, did you try to overclock it via the BIOS? I know laptops aren't overclockable in the BIOS most of the time, but some are. You never know, I'm just saying you know...
yea HP locks you out of the bios...if i could find a place tht has a modified bios of the samething tht i have tht is modified to have it unlocked tht would be great but idk where to get it lol
From default the copy of easytuner i have minimises to the task tray on start (the icons the same as the logo, a steering wheel), might sound stupid but have you checked in there?
