Where can I find EFB > CPU access? Use XFB wasn't enabled.

For some reason I'm not even getting an FPS response now.

Thanks, but I've got no reason to use Direct3D9 when I can use OpenGL. I tried it anyway and it didn't make a difference :F.

Yes you do, the D3D9 plugin is faster than the OpenGL plugin, so games looks as good as they do under OpenGL while also running faster. ATI also has worse OpenGL support than Nvidia, so generally OpenGL runs better with Nvidia than ATI and even Nvidia OpenGL performance is worse than D3D9 with Dolphin.
True, I have a Nvidia card and still getting 40 FPS in Brawl while getting 50 with Direct X 9.
