Use DirectX 9

These are very good settings.

Now to edit them

Lock thread to cores: On
LLE on Thread: On
Framelimit: Off
audio throttle: Off

Next

Ctrl alt delete
go to processes find dolphin
right click it.
Set priority High.

If none of this works try disabling progressive scan.

I have gathered this from 2 months of experience and searching for hours on end.
Feel free to edit any settings to your liking.

I don't think "DSPLLE on thread" shouldn't have any effect when using the DSPHLE plugin, which is what most people use.

I use DSPHLE but this seems to have an effect on certain games. I just tinker around with settings but these work pretty well.
