I opened a .iso Rom. Then I get:
"Can't create opengl renderer, you might be missing some some opengl extensions..."
What is this a problem with?
What do I do?
You need to update your video drivers, also, post your PC specifications please.
You probably have Intel integrated video? (you should have listed your specs in your post)
Use the Direct3D gfx plugin instead of OpenGL one. It will probably be faster anyways.

That's not your computer's specifications. That's just the model of your PC.
You can change the gfx plugin in the Dolphin config dialog, "Plugins" tab.
