I have some troubles using emulated GC pad on mario kart wii, I can configure the bouttons (for keyboard), but it doesn't work in game !
Some buttons work, but they aren't doing what I choosed...

The game may be preferring the buttons that are configured in the Wiimote plugin.

Yes, I play with wiimote, but it's harder than GC Pad for some reasons, and I nearly can't play..

Disconnect the wiimote.
Tools -> Connect Wiimote 1, Tools -> Disconnect Wiimote 1
