Hi all, I noticed that using 2 real wiimotes I've a delay on one of tose 2 of about 1 second, it's really annoying, it's impossible to play... I'm using svn 6089 on both windows 7 x64 and x86, with a digicom edr 10 bluetooth adapter, it support bletooth 2.1 at 3 mbps, so it's fast and good enough, I tried new and old wiimote plugin but nothing changed, anyone else have this problem? Can you help me please?

Can you use 2 wiimotes simultaneously in other programs without delay?
You could try GlovePIE with a simple script like:
Code:
debug = wiimote1.a + " " + wiimote2.a
It should display True/False in the top right debug box, when you press release/button A on your wiimotes.
You could change the "a"s in the script to "gx" to make GlovePIE request acceleration data from both wiimotes to test if your bluetooth adapter can handle that.
Yes, I use glovepie, I created myself a script with 2 wiimotes, and use them in mario kart double dash with also an x360 controller! I also tried to assign a button of wiimote to one of the four led to see the delay, d as soon as I press the button leds light on, and also if I press any other btton mapped to a keyboard key it works perfectly! Anyway I will make another test to be sure at 101%! I updated directx about 3 or max 4 days ago because I formatted and reinstalled all the system!!
Tried with your mini scripts and aaalll perfect!!! As soon as I press A on both wiimotes, false become suddenly true without any delay!!

and changed to gx all worked perfectly! But when I use dolphin, the not original wiimote has this delay, about 1 second, and it's impossibile to play, maybe it's too slow too transfer data? but If it works on glove pie why not on dolphin... and I'm not sure that the cause is the originality of wiimote....
Alright, then it's Dolphin being crappy.
I have an idea of what might be causing it.
Can you compile code if I give you a patch, otherwise I'll compile a dll for you to test.
Ehm... sorry I'm not a programmer and I don't understand anything of this! I tried some weeks ago but I don't know why I can't compile because everytime left me something and give me errors on errors.... If you explain me how to do this I will try, maybe I missed some library or files to compile properly... but let me tell you that it's better if you give the work to anyone better than me!
However I tested another time about 2 hour ago, tried with NWSMB wii and mario party 8 and one of wiimotes (more often the not original) didn't work good, always this delay! But with glovepie all works good! The strange thing is that I remember that I played perfectly with these 2 wiimote about 1 month and half ago! If you wait a little bit I try with old revision under 5900!

Tried with 5767 and always the same problem, Maybe it's my system or my wiimotes... And it's strange that anybody reported this issue before!!
Idea.. Make compile a svn with your patch or dll by anyone else, than upload it so I will try it and I'll tell you if it works!!
Sorry for my english!
Exact same problem here. As soon as a second real Wii-Mote gets connected, there is a control delay of minimum 0.5 seconds. Unplayable. A fix would be great. I love multiplayer.
Tried x64 versions from r6085 - r6095. Also switched between new and old Wii-mote plugin.
Is there a version where it works ?
Thanks
Those with the multi-wiimote delay problem should try this modified version of the new wiimote plugin and tell me if the issue is resolved.
I simply gave each real wiimote it's own thread.
If it works for all of you, I'll commit the changes.

Sorry, it doesn' work! I changed the new wiimote dll in plugins folder with the one you gave me, connected both wiimotes, booted NSMB wii and nothing, I press 2 on both wiimote simulaneously and one jump immediately, the other after about 0.6 seconds....

Well that's dumb. :p
Do both wiimotes rumble simultaneously when you click the "Refresh" button?

Good question, yes they do!

I had both in my hand and They rumble together at the same time!
If you want I make a video of what I've done! XD
