Other projects have more dedicated developers. I honestly don't think we have enough developers that actually care about it.

This is best left to the developers and and anyone that contributes to the project to handle, not the members. Since I became interested in emulation in 2004 - 2005, official compatibility lists were always maintained by project owners, developers, and official beta testers.
That said, I don't have any problem with mamario maintaining a compatibility list. I do have a problem with the lack of such information being available here, where it should be contributed instead of redirecting everyone to another website.
I should further clarify that I don't mean to offend mamario or anyone here, and I don't have any problems with mamario maintaining a wiki, compatibility list, website and forum. I would also like to see this information available here instead of always redirecting everyone to another website which shouldn't be needed.
Sorry for derailing this thread..
Yeah, I totally agree with that comment, but I have a feeling that there won't be a official compatibility list.
But, if a memebr makes a compatibility list and send it in a rar or other compressed file on the forum, will it be used? I'm just saying you know...
I do maintain an unofficial list over at Xtemu, as I add to it I could just copy the information over here. Right now nothing has been added or edited for the unofficial compatibility list because there is not really anyone who posts let along report compatibility information. I'm planning to update the list and add some new entries soon, so I could just copy it over here when it is ready. There should however be a frequently updated list for SVN builds, and then a list for official builds. I think both could be managed if I had a bit of help, if you would like to volunteer feel free to let me know.
