So i try the game SmackDown vs Raw 2010 on my "normal" windows 7 premium (delivered with my computer) , without closing any program. I've just set dolphin 's priority on "high priority" and the the game turn at 37fps versus 24fps with normal priority. Whaouh, the game become playable!
I will try later to disconnect all backgrouds programs and see if i can obtain more fps.
Note : i've tested with the special version 5248 of Morka that use all the cores of my i7 (1core 1 thread)! I will try later with "normal" version 6000+ which are using only 2 cores/thread...
download game booster...shuts off alot of uneeded processes for gaming....really easy to use too especially if you have low ram you should have it

I don't recommend use Windows 7 Premium, because is a bit... sh*t. :/ And the High priority it will not be good on that OS...
I recommend use the Windows 7 [Ultimate] Gamer Edition.

No it's not.
If anything, the "Gamer Edition" is just a bad, pirated joke with absolutely no modified system files, but a lot of useless gadgets, tools etc.. That can make the system
slower than Win7 premium or ultimate.
Here is a good topic that describes just how shitty "win7 gamer edition" is.
It's just a normal Windows 7 with modified skins and interactive gadgets. There is absolutely nothing in this piece of junk that would make games faster.
The only reason anything would speed up briefly is due to a fresh install of *any* operating system. In reality it's complete garbage.

If you are using an AMD system, by which I mean an AMD CPU + an ATI GPU + AMD chipset (in my case, Athlon II x3 435 + HD5670 + 880), you should try this:

Ok i've tried r6090 by mamario with smackdown vs raw 2010, it's faster than 5248 by morka : 42fps (+5) when set priority to high. But there is no difference when i shut down all programs running (logme in, ndas software, ...). The game is playable at this speed, only slow down when the superstars are making their entrance in the arena (20fps)!
Or, you could just use the settings Starscream posted
here :p
You shouldn't have both OpenCL and OpenMP selected (hint: it's pointless) and you really shouldn't post a video where we can see you ISO paths and the directory has "torrents" in it (hint: it's piracy).
Closed.
