Not really, you can dump games with certain LG drives and the emulator doesn't require a bios to run. Dolphin doesn't even require a masterkey anymore so it is legal to use even if you don't own the console providing you can legally dump the games.

But I can play with this card MW with good FPS and graphics...look at the photos captured from my PC.....
