i tried that and it still wouldn't sync!
Audio going out of sync with the video is normal if you dont have a solid perfect framerate. By perfect, I mean not even for a split second does it drop below 30/50/60FPS (depending on the game)
? he is using hle. and the option is dsp lle on thread

uhh.. i don't understand that... can you tell me that in English? does that mean that you have to use the framelimit on the config options?

I am just new to emulators. i don't really understand them. but if you guys can help me even more, i will easily understand.
it means that if you are trying to play this on a low-medium end system, you aren't going to get the full framerates that the wii is getting.

i still don't get it. what is a "low-medium end system"?
in layman terms: your computer suck, it won't play dolphin well.

have a ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series card. is this the problem?
I have a radeon 4570 and it runs just fine even with the resolution turned up, so its not your GPU. I dont know what your specs are, but Dolphin is very CPU intensive. You would need a higher end Core 2 Duo/Core 2 Quad, or an i5/i7 to get a perfect experience.

Lower end parts will run, but they wont run nearly as fast. For example, the core 2 in my laptop is more midrange and so while it runs most games at full speed, its not consistent. Sometimes it'll drop to less than half if a lot is going on at once, and if its not going full speed during a cutscene, the audio and video will get out of sync like your problem describes. Even if the framerate goes back up it'll stay out of sync, because the audio and video are from two seperate sources running at the same time, rather than one source where the video and audio are dependent on one another.
