It really does depend on your specs, but games I have been able to run full speed

LoZ:WW (with audio issues but its nothing to worry about)
Crazy taxi
SA2B and Melee both run at 50 - 60% speed for me but its very playable and I don't personally feel lag.
All games will have a point of lag in them somewhere, sometimes a bitmore constant than you hope for.
