when i start MGS twin snakes errors says:error loading plugins/plugin_GCPadNew.dll:cant read info

2.Cant inti any PAD plugins


3.couldn,t init the core configuration

U are using 2.0 which is old. get new one form: http://dolphin-emu.org and you need to update ur directx even if you think the latest version
