The problem is still present in 6036. Wiimote dll is not loading in mamario version nor my SVN compiled version.
Same configuration as in my previos post:
E6600, MS BT stack, Win XP sp3, VS2008, DX sdk june 10.
but in a VM Windows 7 RTM without updates (I konw Dolphin wont run any game on it, it's for testing the load of the Wiimote plugin) DLL loads without problem.
I've seen yo closed an Issue en Goggle Code open by the author of the thread. Why? It's not fixed...
Any ideas what's wrong in your code? Latest working version is 5919.
Hi! I just want to add that I'm also having the problem about Plugin_Wiimote.dll not working properly (I can't choose it from the drop down list).
Here's my system info:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6GHz (overclocked to 2.9GHz)
2 Gigs RAM
Windows XP SP3
ATI Radeon 2600 XT 256MB
I have also tried using:
Latest DirectX 9 (I think it's the June or August 2010 version)
Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
Since 2008 still wouldn't make the Plugin_Wiimote work, I installed...
Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
Also installed .Net Framework 4
Plugin_Wiimote.dll Works on These When I Tried:

SVN 5182, 5186, 5928
I tried the latest, the 59++ SVNs and even the 6000+ versions, and the Plugin_Wiimote.dll really doesn't work anymore for me and the others. I hope somebody can fix the problem and find a solution.
A lot of people are having the same problem on another forum as well (ngemu forum) and most of us use Windows XP. I wonder if it's really Windows XP that's the problem.

Dolphin has many "major" bugs,like ZTP Hyrule Field slowdown (Fixed today though) and SMG and SMG2 FIFO Gatherpipes
And the biggest one is this one - -The wiimote plugin is broken since 5940 for Windows XP users

And nobody seems to care...
And no,updating Directx(It's already 9.0c...it can't get higher than this in WinXP) or reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ won't solve the problem
lol my sys is windows 7. but the problem is, even the plugin is loaded it cant detect my wiimote while my older dolphin(5474) works just fine

Could someone with XP try making that change in wiimote_real.cpp (in r5940) to see if it appears to be the culprit? Maybe I could try uploading one or two patched builds, unless the issue occurs during compile time...
If someone can make that build with the above suggested change, I can try it since I'm using Windows XP lol
