You can try setting the frame limiter to 30/60 fps when playing PAL game, but you might see weird things coming (ex: superfast sound).
PAL games are meant to be played at 25/50 fps, nothing more ^^

So thats why most games offer an option to run in 60 Hz right Rolleyes Heck, only a few games in my Wii collection don't give a warning message when starting a game in 50 Hz.

What I said.
Screen Frequency != game speed.

I was responding to your claim that PAL games are meant to be played at 25/50 fps. Which simply isn't true because otherwise the option would't be given. The moment you select the 60hz option the game defaults to either 30 or 60 fps even under PAL. Besides you want 60 FPS under Dolphin because that is most likely your refresh rate of your screen, makes forcing Vsync a lot easier.
So anyone know a solution to this problem?
Don't you need to hold the A or B button when starting a GC game to select 60 HZ? Try it :p.
I'm talking about Wii games...
Sorry, I dunno about Wii games Undecided, try it :d.

I already know that, and does not work.
The only PAL game that works in 60 Hz in Dolphin is Zelda Twilight Princess, because it will ask if you want 60 Hz, no matter if you press B or not...
Also, progressive scan mode does not work in NTSC GC games...I press B but no ressult.
