well, configuartion guides are pretty game specific, so you would do well to find ones that are tailored to your games. although most of your current configs seem correct. dx9 and efb copy to texture are the key ones to have selected (apart from obvious ones like enable dual core).
other than that, your rig exceeds the minimum spec. you could try opencl, but essentially you're correct, and it's been mentioned on here before - speed has decreased somewhat since dolphin 2.0, although in place is more functionality and compatibility, which is much more important imo. which brings me to my next point - have you tried using dolphin rc 2.0 for these games?
seems admin89 beat me to it with a better rev for your games than rc 2.0...
Safe texture cache slows down games and is not necessary unless there are disappearing message boxes etc.
And no, your rig is not the problem, it's fast enough.
Also disable native mips and locking threads to cores

Upgrade to windows 7 64bit and use SSE4.1 built will boost your FPS 10-25%

Yep. Just tried that SVN (the older one) and works a lot fast than the most recent builds. Only one issue, though; the new gamecube plugin ("Dolphin GC Pad New" ) seems to crash the emulator, but the older one seems just fine. The problem with that is it doesn't work with my PS2-USB controller (and it worked on the most recent SVN). Makes perfect sense to me....NOT.
I play all pc game,emulator with my wiimote so i don't know about ps2 controller.May xpadder can help by maping keyboard to controller

Try the attached plugin I added, it works with 5182 for me.
