To begin with, tell us what hardware you're using.
I also suggest you go update your version of Dolphin, 2.0 is considerably dated.
Download the latest revision from www.dolphin-emu.org
i have a
CPU- AMD 7750 @ 2.7
GPU- ATI 5770
RAM- 4gb 1066
Update lastest revision like @RupeeClock suggested will fix graphic bug but you will have 30 FPS ingame(graphic cost performance)
Judging from past experiences I'd say you are using 'copy efb to RAM' instead of texture which causes green & violet pixel distortion of inanimate wall textures, maps, objects etc.. In rare cases corrupted video card drivers also produce those artifacts.

If not and your settings are correct, the game is not correctly emulated in 2.0, in which case get something more recent.
well i updated to the new dolphin now the game is hella slow.

Hi there,

try these settings. I'm using Wii-Edition which runs perfect. No slowdowns or audio flaws like in the GC version.
Although, even GC version should not drop in terms of fps.
i cant see the DX11 options for my emulator
and i just dled the new one.

Then your DX is not up to date (there was an update in June 2010, 1 month ago).
