As far as I know DSP is for gamecube and most be copied to gamecube folder, is that correct?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking about here. Both the Wii and the GC use DSP and have their own DSP chips (which are emulated) but their binary dumps are not included in any release... I haven't got my hands on the DSP files to use LLE sound emulation yet...
