I was wondering if with Dolphin I can play the Nintendo Wii games(even the ones that uses wiimotes actions like Super Mario Galaxy). If I can, could you guys say how I can do it?

At first I thought it were impossible, but some guy here said something about using the mouse as the wiimote pointer, so...here I am Tongue
Yes, you can use keyboard/mouse/gamepad as an emulated wiimote.

Why don't you just try downloading and using the emulator?
The default controls are set up for keyboard and mouse and configuration is pretty self explanatory.
