Okay, feeling like I'm overlooking something obvious here, but...

By default, when you're using the mouse as a wiimote pointer, the mouse buttons are A and B. Is there a place I can reconfigure that? For instance switch the buttons so button 1 is Z and button 2 is C or something?
In the new wiimote plugin you can.
Use a recent svn build to use the new wiimote plugin.
You can get recent builds here: http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html

Thanks for the reply.

Is it only available in particular builds? I was using Vlakipn's R5832 x32 with SSE3 and couldn't find the option to change the buttons. Is that recent enough?
That is recent enough, make sure you are using the new wiimote plugin, there are 2 to choose from, the old one is default.

Aha! That's what I was looking for. Thanks, Billiard26!
