I think stick that post to the top of the forum would be a good start.

If you want to use Hires Textures in new revs, download the builds by Unknownforce.
What new: Now we can use Save State, Load State, Accurate texture cache (fast), and now the textures not disappear and fixed crash when using Hires Textures.

Quantity is 3556 files,(of RB4E08 part 1 by hyperspeed until part 16.)

I do not need to upload it again, just download from the link of the my signature,or that you said, the two are equal, just have different addresses.

I recommend you download the 16 parts, RB4E08 by Hyperspeed, Wooden box, the 17 textures in the "UPDATES" and the 41 parts of "RE4 Wii USA Character Hires Textures" (The Ganados in HD and other) and finally download this rev(x64-7187.7z) what's inside the folder "Dolphin X64 Compatible with RE4"

or More UPDATES within the folder 41 compressed package(RE4 Wii USA Character Hires Textures.part01.rar~RE4 Wii USA Character Hires Textures.part41.rar)

But the use of their decompression files that come 2776 a number is only,didn't you said 3556 that many.

Check all, RB4E08 parts by hyperspeed files.
250 files part 1,2,3,4.total 1000
246 files part 5
306 files part 6
269 files part 7
308 files part 8
285 files part 9
178 files part 10
171 files part 11
319 files part 12
107 files part 13
196 files part 14
188 files part 15
24 files part 16
Result 3556(without updates only the files, of the folder RB4E08 parts by hyperspeed.

Extract all the parts separately and one at a time ok (nothing to extract each file to a separate folder, do not use it), after extracting copy the files in order (1,2,3,4 ....) and replace the file every time ok.

you have the files that you downloaded or you have already deleted.
if nothing works download everything again.
And this time do not delete the files "rar"
