is it possible to run fullscreen in resolution lower than 640x480 ?
If it's not listed in the drop-down menu, then no :p, try adding yourself in the source code.
It must be possible to run it in 360 x 240 I think.

EDIT: Hmm, it looks like Dolphin use the resolutions that you can use for your desktop... If you know what I mean, I can't seem to add a specific resolution o.O
this would be a nice feature btw :p.
I'm not good at C++ coding yet (I'm learning it, but I'm not that good to add resolutions :o).
Maybe you can ask a dev for a patch or something.
