I'm using the DX9 plugin because the OpenGL plugin doesn't want to work for me (No I haven't updated my graphics drivers yet). I also couldn't get the Linux version of Dolphin to start so I'm on Windows.

Now first off Gotcha Force starts at 60FPS and as it gets into the intro screen (Past the logos) it seems to cap at 30FPS...I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature but even at a standstill (The game's not really doing anything) it stays at 30/31 FPS.

Secondly the graphics load horridly. Players don't load...Well most/all 3D sprites seem to fail to load...

I was wondering how this is accomplished:

As whoever inputted the information failed to put their configuration...

Attached is my dxdiag output just in case anyone wants/needs to see it.

Edit:

OpenGL...I updated my drivers and it still won't start...I attached my exceptioninfo.txt I think it may because I have a Korean locale...I'll change it to Canada and come back...

Edit2:

Didn't help

Edit3:

Force Bi/Tri Linear appears to have fixed the graphical issues in Gotcha Force...Now how to I fix the 30FPS framecap issue?
